At Wholesale Art Glass Supplier, we strive to ensure your materials arrive in perfect condition for your creative projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the art glass items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the glass sheets or supplies in their original industrial packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the glass for quality and quantity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
